What’s the working principle of lignite coal dryer? The following content will discuss about this question in detail. Through the feeding mouth, raw materials enter into the inner cylinder and are dried in down-flow way. Under the lifting work of lifting boards, material of lignite coal are continuously lifted up and down. During this process, heat exchange occurs.

For materials in the medium cylinder, they can fully absorb the heat radiated from the inner cylinder and medium cylinder. During this process, material of lignite coal can be dried to the best degree. When the temperature of hot air in furnace reaches to 350℃, all devices in lignite dryer of Fote Machinery begin to work under the guidance of PC system.

For the part of conveyor, it can deliver the material of lignite coal with water content less than 20% into the scattered feeder. Through the scattered feeder, materials of lignite coal can be evenly fed into the belt conveyor and then into the storage silo. Through the screw feeder, material of lignite coal can be evenly delivered into the rotary drum.
