Sawdust rotary dryer, also named as sawdust dryer machine, is composed of parts like air heating furnace, feeding mouth, rotary drum, filter vat, cooling drum and discharging mouth, etc. The rotary drum is on the driving roller, which drives the rotary drum move in a low speed by the motor and reducer. The feeding mouth is installed in the distance between air heating furnace and rotary drum. There are several lifting boards in the rotary drum. Between the rotary drum and filter drum, there is a board with one small hole. The two ends of filter drum are connected with rotary drum and conveying pipe respectively. Inside the filter drum of sawdust dryer machine, there is a board.

The bottom of filter drum has holes for discharging the exhaust slags. One end of cooling drum is connected with draught fun and conveying pipe, while the other end is connected with the discharging mouth of sawdust drying machine. By virtue of the above structure, sawdust materials can be fully dried in rotary drum. Before entering into the conveying pipe, the sawdust materials have been dispersed enough for rapid drying. The role of board is to screen out the foreign matters in sawdust materials, so the quality of sawdust materials in conveying pipe is ensured.
