Since the installation of wood chip dryer is high in technical demands and process standard, it should be rationally carried through according to the relevant design papers and drawings as well as operational standard. With regard to the assembling of foundation bolts, after adjusting well the revealing length of bolts, we can do the secondary pouring. During the pouring process, the wheel base should not move. Then, we should adjust the wheels to right places and ensure the same distance between each wheel to the longitudinal center line.

The center line between roller axles should be in parallel with the longitudinal center line. The parallelism error should be smaller than 0.1mm. The pinion should be assembled in place according to the center board. The error of transverse center lines between rack wheel and pinion should be smaller than 2mm. The contacting accuracy between pinion and rack wheel should be adjusted. The teeth contacting area should be more than 70% in length and 40% in height. Guiding on the pinions, we should install the reducer, motor and relevant coupling orderly in wood shavings dryer.

The transmission line should be in parallel with the longitudinal central line. The allowable error should be no more than 0.05%. The feeding box and discharging box should be installed respectively. When the rotary drum in wood shavings dryer revolves, the peripheral clearance error should be smaller than 10mm. Interested in our products?
