Lignite dryer, with the working capacity varying from 0.5t/h to 40t/h, is capable to turn coal wastes into products of great value. Distance between gear and pinion should be smaller than 0.25M(symbol M refers to the module of gear).

The installation of pinion in axial direction is dependent on the center of big gear ring. The low-speed shaft of reducer must be concentric with the gear shaft. The alignment tolerance between low-speed shaft and gear shaft should be at about 0.2mm. The inclination of reducer in axial and longitudinal levels should be measured on the machining surface of shell.

The allowance error of inclination should be ±0.05mm/m. The positional deviation between big gear ring and pinion in axial direction should be smaller than ±2mm. After the working process of lignite dryer, you should carefully check the contacting situation between toothed gear and gear surface.
