Lignite coal in brownish black, without any gloss, is one of coal resources with the lowest coalification degree. The lignite coal with great tendency to be weathered in open air, is strong in chemical reactivity, difficult in storage and transportation and severe in air pollution. Lignite coal, with high water content inside, exchanges heat with hot air under negative pressure by the way of convective heating.

The finished lignite, being agitated, dispersed and cracked in the lignite dryer, slowly moves forward and finally discharged out the rotary drum.
