During the drying process of sand dryer, the efficiency of heat transfer can directly decide the drying effect of raw material. The efficiency of heat transfer is mainly dependent on the air velocity of quartz sand drying machine. To improve the air velocity of river sand dryer can increase the working efficiency of lifting boards. For the increase of air velocity, the river sand dryer should be equipped with reasonable dedusting device and heat supply device at the end and front.

If the full pressure is too low and air volume is too small, the ventilating effect of sand dryer will be directly influenced. What’s worse, the output of quartz sand drying machine will be reduced. If the full pressure is too high and air volume is too large, the electric loss will be directly improved. In order to intensify the thermal insulation for rotary drum, the river sand dryer should be heated by the boiling furnace. Since hot flue can directly influence the drying speed of sand dryer, excellent control for the hot flue is of decisive importance for drying raw materials.
