Sawdust dryer machine, also named as sawdust rotary dryer, is a machine used to dry materials like agricultural straws, wood flour, wood shavings, saw dust, ginkgo leaf, mulberry leaf and so on. For daily maintenance, we should clean the sawdust drying machine with soft cotton cloth to keep the outlook clean. Before each turn-on, we should check the valve, filter, lubricator. When the oil is insufficient, immediate injection should be required. Of course, don’ t forget to discharge the water remains out when injecting oil. In order to get best ventilating and drying effects, we should clean the wadding in dust collector every day.

For monthly maintenance, we should clean the inside of sawdust rotary dryer with soft cotton cloth. Besides, the movable parts like bearing should be lubricated with oil for the fear of serious wear. In addition, the tightness of belt should be checked and adjusted. What’s more, for those parts that are easy to loosen or fall off after vibration like electrical circuit, rocker arms of door and pipe joints, etc, they should be firmly fixed again.

For yearly maintenance, the fixed bolts on machine chassis should be checked and firmly fixed again.For supporting springs, they should be adjusted timely as long as being loose. Besides, the grounding situation of sawdust dryer machine should be checked for the fear of serious accident. In addition, the flexible situation of computer board, wind rotor and heat exchanger should be examined. As for those instruments for measuring temperature, they should be sent to the local technical supervision bureau for measurement.
