To ensure the good quality of finished products and high output of coal slime dryer, the fluctuation of ending temperature should be controlled in a limited scope. Except for the factors of calcining temperature and exhaust air rate, factor of discharging amount also can influence the ending temperature of sludge drying machine. If there is nothing wrong with the site of coal pipe, ventilating amount and drying speed, you should solve the large fluctuation of ending temperature by observing the feeding amount and temperature of decomposing furnace.

If the firing temperature is normal while the ending temperature is excessively high, you should take the feeding amount into consideration. If the feeding amount is small, you should increase the feeding amount in time. If the firing temperature is overly high due to much fuels, you should cut down the coal addition, observe the firing condition and make the firing temperature back to normal.

If the ending temperature of slurry dryer is too low, you should control the discharging speed, observe the presintering condition of raw material as well as ensure the normal temperature of firing zone. According to the fluctuating degree of ending temperature, you can reasonably balance the relationships between wind, coal and raw material. The final purpose is to make the temperature fluctuation in normal scope.
