As its name implies, sand dryer machine is a machine used to dry sand materials like river sand, artificial sand, silica sand, yellow sand and mineral sand. Under normal situation, sand dryer machine should pass through the stage of test run after installation and before normal production. To pass though the stage, sand rotary dryer should meet the following requirements. During the test run period, the high-power unit of sand dryer machine should not be normally on and normally off. Of course, the rotary sand dryer should bear no load.

When the temperature is over 250℃, overly wet materials are not allowed to be put in the sliding basin of sand dryer machine. It is forbidden to add water in the hearth of flamethrower. Besides, all auxiliary devices should operate well like instruments and bearings, etc. In addition, actions like speed changing, inverting, shut down, braking and safety interlocking should be carried through flexibly and reliably.

As to the temperature changes, they should be in limited scope. Generally, the temperature of sliding bearing should vary from 35℃ to 70℃. The rail temperature should change from 15℃ to 100℃. The oil temperature in tank should be no more than 60℃. The motor load should be no more than 20% of rated power. The temperature rise of motor should be less than 30℃.
