During the working process of coal ash dryer, rotary drum revolves at a even speed. Through the belt or screw conveyor, finished products are discharged out through the discharge end.

During the working process of lignite dryer, drying temperature can be higher than 500℃. State of coal materials can change from the vitreous body to crystal. As temperature goes up, coal materials will be quite poor in the grindability and activity. The late-model coal dryer is not just for drying coal materials. Drying work of coal ash dryer is more to improve the grinding and working efficiency.

If heating temperature is too high, activity of coal materials will be damaged. What’s worse, quality of finished products will be influenced. Under the premise to control the heating temperature and maintain the activity, coal ash dryer can rapidly and high-efficiently dry the coal materials.

By improving the working performance of coal dryer, you can make the activity of coal materials reach to the most optimal status. Revolving speed of debugging motor can decide the retention period of raw materials in rotary drum of coal ash dryer. Slower the revolving speed, longer the retention period.

Under certain conditions, revolving speed of dynamos can influence the working capacity of coal ash dryer and quality of finished products.
