For newly purchased machines, they should have a corresponding run-in period for the operational security. It is no exception for sand dryer. No matter how busy the production is, you should not overlook the run-in period for quartz sand drying machine. In order to make the river sand dryer successfully pass through the run-in period, here are some matters that you should pay much attention to.

During the run-in period, you should often check the parts of sand rotary dryer. If there are something wrong with the parts, you should immediately shut down the machine and deal the faults. Before successfully solving these faults, you should not run the machine. You should notice the working burden on quartz sand drying machine during the run-in period. The working burden should not exceed the 80% of the rated burden. Besides, you should reasonably arrange the workload on river sand dryer for the fear of any overheating.

You should permanently keep the sanitary conditions of river sand dryer itself and its surrounded environment. For screws, you should timely adjust and fix them for the fear of any looseness. Once the screws become loosened, they will bring wears for some parts. You need to frequently check the level of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, cooling liquid and brake fluid. Meanwhile, you should intensify the lubricating condition at all sites. It is advisable to inject the lubricating grease at oiling sites for each run of sand dryer during the run-in period.

When it refers to the end of run-in period, you should not overlook the daily maintenance and lubrication for quartz sand drying machine.
