Chinese Stone Crushing Production Line Needs to Be Upgraded

Compared with the foreign technology and products, although the Chinese stone crushing production line still has certain gap, the distance is being shorted these years, according to the experts from our company. The developing concept of our company has always caught up with the international pace. Because of the integrated development strategy, we have almost realized the self-sufficiency of the mining machinery components with the world level.

Usually, the difference or the distance between we Chinese stone crushing production line and the foreign ones is formed because of the following two reasons:

1. The gap comes from the different managing modes which mean the staff quality and the developing concept. Facing the possible design problems, staff from the foreign companies many do the operation of the production line in the strict and correct way and then they will make specific solutions to these questions; while the domestic staff of the mining machinery companies may just do a brief analysis on the problems and then make a little adjustment or change about their operation. The two kinds of attitudes and concepts in their minds lead to the different results in the real work. We may do correctly as the instruction says, but we may never find the best solutions for the possible or existing problems.

2. We are poor at the accumulation of the experience. Most foreign stone crushing production line companies were founded hundreds years ago and it’s understandable that they have full experience in the mining market. However, we Chinese enterprises can make up this weakness by gathering experience and skills little by little and making innovation as much as possible.
