When it refers to the detailed adjustment, the relationship between the movable direction and deviation tendency of belt should be clearly felt out. The key point of adjustment should be placed on the live roller and bend roller of sand dryer machine. Then, the adjusting points fall on the carrier roller and the falling point of sand materials. In the vulcanized joint of belt, the stress on the fracture surface of belt should be consistent in the longitudinal direction.

The tightness of feeding device should be adjusted well and that’s very important for the working efficiency of rotary sand dryer. Two bend rollers on the top of tensioning place should not only be vertical with the belt in longitudinal direction but also with the perpendicular line of gravity. In order to make the roller axis perpendicular with the belt in longitudinal direction when we using the screw tensioner or cylinder tensioner, two bearing seats for tightening the roller should be translated at the same time.

If the directional deviation of belt occurs in the center part of feeding device, it can be recovered by adjusting the location of idler set. For the convenience of easy adjustment, the installing holes at the sides of idler set should be processed into slot holes.
