The inner structure of the aggregate is micro-pored shaped and its features of small density and light weight makes it widely used in the construction concrete to replace the rubbles and pebbles. The common ceramsite sand production line is divided to shale ceramsite sand production line and coal ash ceramsite sand production line.

Description of ceramsite sand

The ceramsite sand as a ceramic particle with high crushing strength is made of clay, mudstone, slate, gangue, coal ash, shale, sludge and industrial solid wastes and will replace the rubbles and pebbles in the concrete materials. The ceramsite sand featuring is mainly used for petroleum underground supporting. The ceramsite sand has features of small density, heat insulation, good anti-permeability and alkali-aggregate reactivity, low water absorption, good anti-frost property and durability.

The ceramsite sand production line is made up of raw material stock bin, dust chamber, induced draft fan, principal kiln, coal powder injection system and control cabinet. The feeder at the bottom of the raw material stock bin, the kiln revolution and the coal humping quantity are all viable continuously in order to adjust the technical parameters and guarantee the highest yield with the good product quality.
