Cylinder dryer plays an important role in drying industry. Three-cylinder is a kind of high efficiency energy saving equipment developed on the basis of single-cylinder dryer. On the basis of single-cylinder dryer, it has improved the inner structure and added the pre-drying before the wet materials enter into the dryer and prolonged the time of drying in the dryer. With advanced technology and reasonable operation, cylinder dryer is widely used to dry the coal slag, clay, iron, ore and other mixed materials, dry-mixed mortar in constructions field, sand and raw materials for chemical engineering and foundry industry.
1. Cylinder dryer is designed scientifically. The materials conduct the heat exchange in the form of radiation, convection, and conduction. In the outer cylinder, convection and conduction are often used together.

Materials enter into the inner layer of the cylinder by the feeding device to achieve the downstream drying. The materials are lifted by the lifting board in the inner layer to achieve hot exchange in the form of spiral up and down. Then the materials move into the other side of the inner layer to the middle layer to conduct counterflow drying. The materials in the middle layer are lifted and cast constantly and absorb the heat in distributed by the inner layer and the middle layer which can prolong the drying time and achieve the best drying effect. The materials move into the other side of the middle layer and fall into the outer layer. Materials are dried in the outer layer in the way of rectangular multi-loop. The dried materials discharge from the rotating cylinder under the influence of hot air flow. The materials which are not dried fully cannot move forward fast because of its heavy weight. Materials are fully dried by the rectangular lifting board to achieve the drying effect of cylinder dryer.
