Raw Iron Filings Dryer

The raw iron filings dryer or iron oxide red dryer is mainly used for drying particle materials with certain humidity, such as all kinds of sand in foundry industry and dry-mixed mortar industry; clay with small particle size in building materials and cement industry; small particle size materials with no chemical changes and heat and dust resistance in chemical industry. According to different requirements on moisture content of dried materials in different industries, moisture content of dried materials can be 1-0.5%.

Raw Iron Filings Dryer Principle

Wet material fed into the dryer from upper end, and dried material will be collected from the lower end. Hot air enters from the inlet side or discharge side and expels from the other side of the upper discharge. The tube is fitted with consequent lifting board, constantly lifts up and down in the course of cylinder rotating, making it fully contact with hot air, to increase the drying efficiency and move forward the material.
